We help you select a format, agree the running order and prepare the venue. Our catalogue covers twenty programmes, from team challenges and quizzes to gala dinners and private celebrations.

Each package has a set price. During planning, we adapt its activity order, colours and layout to your venue.

Corporate organisers

We prepare a running order for your team, use your approved branding and work directly with the venue. You provide guest numbers, presentation content and a contact who can make decisions on the day.

Private hosts

Tell us the occasion, who is coming and which venue you are considering. We explain the space each format needs. At family events, children participate with their accompanying adults.

Start with the enquiry

Send your preferred date, format, location and guest numbers. We discuss the programme and check the venue requirements.

Agree the programme

We send the package, price, timings and responsibilities in writing. Your booking is confirmed when you accept them and pay the 30% deposit.

Prepare the venue

We agree access, power, the layout and any indoor weather backup. On the day, we deliver the equipment and décor, brief the team and check the activity areas.

Host and coordinate

Your host or coordinator follows the running order, cues speakers and manages activity changes. They are your contact throughout the event.

Finish and pack down

We close the programme at the agreed time, remove our equipment and décor, and hand the space back to your venue contact.
