Planning, the package’s décor and equipment, event staff, set-up and pack-down. Team travel and equipment transport throughout New Zealand, including between islands, are included.

What you arrange

The venue, food, drinks and venue facilities. Programme hours refer to guest time; our set-up and pack-down happen separately. Palette and programme choices listed on each event page are included.

Frequently
asked questions.

How do casino-themed events work?

Casino-themed events are held in person for guests aged 18+. We supply symbolic chips as props, with no purchases or top-ups, wagering for value, or exchange for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes.

Does the price change with our location?

No. The same package price applies throughout New Zealand. We check venue access and space before accepting the booking.

When is payment due?

Pay a 30% deposit when you accept the written booking details, then the balance 14 days before the event. Bookings accepted within 14 days require full payment.

What if our plans change?

You can request one free date change at least 30 days ahead, to an available date within six months. Contact us for later changes or cancellation; our Terms and Conditions set out the charges.
