Programme and styling options
Tables can stay open for guests to move between them, or follow timed team rotations. The welcome sign can use your brand colours, and table sessions can fit around speeches.
Your venue
Allow at least 70 m² of clear indoor activity space, plus the venue’s seating area. Tables need level access, a nearby power point and clear circulation routes.
Planning and venue preparation
We agree the layout, table introductions and speech timings with you and the venue. Three croupiers run the tables while the host coordinates the evening. Allow two hours for set-up and one hour for pack-down, in addition to the four-hour event.
Planning, set-up, pack-down and travel throughout New Zealand, including inter-island transport, are included. You arrange the venue, food and drinks. Compare all package prices.

Welcome and introductions
Guests arrive through the styled entrance. The host explains the evening and directs small groups towards the tables.
Meet the croupiers
Each croupier introduces their table; guests can watch first or join an introductory round.
First table session
Groups circulate between blackjack, roulette and poker-style activities while the host monitors waiting times.
Company address and break
Tables pause for a short speech and time to sit, talk or visit the venue’s refreshments area.
Team rotation
Timed rotations introduce guests to a different table and a new group of colleagues.
Closing round
The host brings the teams together and acknowledges their participation.
Guest programme ends
Guests depart and the team begins the agreed pack-down.

How do casino-themed events work?
Casino-themed events are held in person for guests aged 18+. We supply symbolic chips as props, with no purchases or top-ups, wagering for value, or exchange for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes.
Do guests need to know the games?
No. Croupiers explain each table activity and help guests throughout the evening.
Can we include company speeches?
Yes. The host can pause the tables for a welcome or presentation.
