Garden events use flowers, woodland props and botanical puzzles. Tropical styling combines palms and bright colours with a team picture challenge. Winter wonderland uses frosted décor and snowflake activities. All three can be held indoors, with a host and two coordinators.
Winter wonderland events
White draping, frosted props and fairy lights create an indoor winter setting. The host leads a snowflake-design challenge and short table activities during the evening.

An indoor venue with guest tables, seating and mains power. The styling uses dry decorative materials and LED lights.
Enchanted garden events
A floral entrance, freestanding greenery and ten botanical centrepieces turn the venue into an indoor garden. Guests can try table puzzles after the host’s welcome, or spend the evening talking beneath the fairy lights.

Programme and styling options
The palette can lean towards woodland greens or bright flowers. Table puzzles can be a hosted round or an activity guests pick up when they wish.

A covered or indoor venue with power, guest seating and space for freestanding décor. Installations do not require drilling into the venue.
Tropical events
Palm-style greenery, bright flowers and bamboo-inspired décor frame a tropical office party or private celebration. The host welcomes guests and leads a team picture challenge before the social session.

Programme and styling options
Choose pink and orange or green and white flowers. Allow more time for conversation or include two short hosted activity rounds.
Your venue
An indoor or covered venue with mains power, guest seating and a clear activity area. An outdoor location also needs a suitable indoor backup.
Planning and venue preparation
We select the colours and plan the entrance, tables and photo area. Freestanding décor can be arranged to fit the venue. Allow three hours for styling and one hour for pack-down, alongside the four-hour event.
Planning, set-up, pack-down and travel throughout New Zealand, including inter-island transport, are included. You arrange the venue, food and drinks. Compare all package prices.
